Safety

Your safety comes first.

Rozgaar Setu is free for workers. A real employer will never ask you to pay to get a job.

Warning signs

Asking for money for registration, training, uniform, “security deposit” or a job confirmation.
Salary that seems far too high for the work.
Asking for bank OTPs, ATM PINs or your original documents.
Interviews at unusual places or times, or pressure to decide immediately.

What we do

Employers get the Verified badge only after our team reviews their business details.
New jobs are reviewed before they get the Verified Job badge.
Workers' phone numbers are shared only after an employer shortlists them.
Reported jobs are reviewed, and jobs that break our rules are removed.

How to report a job

Open the job and tap “Report this job” near the bottom. Choose a reason and add details if you can. Our team reviews every report. You can also report an employer from their business page.
