Workers make a short profile and apply for local jobs from their phones; employers see a worker's phone number only after shortlisting them. Businesses post jobs, review applicants and call the people they shortlist. Workers never pay to search or apply, posting jobs is free during the early launch, and businesses can buy an optional promotion called Urgent Hiring.
Rozgaar Setu reviews identity, skill and business details before showing verified badges, holds job posts with scam warning signs for review, and lets anyone report a suspicious job. The site works in English, Hindi and Marathi.
