In his words
I’m Aayush Patade, and I’m 18. I’m building Rozgaar Setu because I believe finding work shouldn’t depend on having a formal degree, a polished resume or the right connections.
Rozgaar Setu helps workers discover jobs they can actually apply for, and helps employers connect with people who can do the work. The aim is to make hiring simpler, more practical and more accessible for both sides, starting with workers and businesses in Mumbai.
I believe technology should open doors for people whose skills traditional hiring often overlooks. Rozgaar Setu is still early. My focus is on improving the product, learning from the people who use it, earning their trust, and turning the idea into something genuinely useful.
The problem
Many people who keep Mumbai running, such as helpers, delivery riders, cooks, waiters, and factory and warehouse staff, still find work mostly through word of mouth. Most job websites expect a resume, a degree or an email address, and small businesses often struggle to reach reliable people quickly.
What Rozgaar Setu does
Rozgaar Setu connects people looking for work with businesses that need them. Workers make a short profile and apply without a resume. Businesses post a job, review applicants and call the people they shortlist. Workers never pay to find or apply for jobs.
